研究成果の概要（和文）：球形嚢の機能評価として前庭誘発筋電図（VEMP）を用いて検討した。感音難聴の程度とVEMPの異常とに関連は認めなかった。しかし、耳の違和感を訴える場合にVEMPの異常を認めるものが多かった。このことからヒトにおいて球形嚢は聴力に影響をおよぼさないが、聴覚心理学的な異常感を誘発...
