研究成果の概要（和文）：過去の動物実験ではオステオカルシン(OC)欠乏は耐糖能異常を発症させ、OCの添加がそれを正常化し、人の断面研究でも血清OC値と血糖指標との間に負の相関が認められている。本研究では血清OC値と糖尿病発症との関連を前向きに検討した。その結果、血清OC値の１SD上昇当たり10%程度...
