研究成果の概要（和文）：組織中の細胞の多様性と細胞間相互作用の重要性が明らかになるにつれ、埋没しがちな少数派の細胞の振る舞いを解析したいと考えた。従来の単純な酵素処理法では細胞の個性が変容してしまうため、組織を迅速固定後に細胞を酵素的に分散させて選別し、下流のRNA解析に適う細胞の取得を目指した。内...
