癌治療における化学療法の発達は近年、目覚ましいものがある。抗癌剤を選択的に癌細胞に送りこむことで、より優れた治療効果と副作用の軽減が望まれている。今回、EGFR過剰発現の癌細胞に対し、選択的に薬剤を送りこむためにpaclitaxel封入抗EGFR抗体結合ナノ粒子を作製した。 Paclitaxel封入抗EGFR 抗体結合ナノ粒子はEGFR過剰発現の癌に対して優れた殺細胞効果と抗腫瘍効果を認め、有効なdrug delivery systemの開発が期待できると考えられた。
