卵巣子宮内膜症から卵巣明細胞腺癌、卵巣類内膜腺癌への発癌機構解明を目的とし、子宮内膜症共存癌組織切片個別単離細胞由来DNAのp53変異と卵巣癌症例genomic DNA p53codon72(Arg72Pro)多型解析をした。結果p53変異は卵巣明細胞腺癌共存良性子宮内膜症細胞にのみ検出され、卵巣癌症例にはPro/Pro多型が優位に高率であった(P0.003)。成果より卵巣子宮内膜症発症時の遺伝子変異は異なる組織型への分化要因であり、p53 codon72 Pro/Pro多型は卵巣癌予測因子と示唆された。
