Obeseおよびleanの肥満合併高血圧モデルラットに(プロ)レニン受容体ブロッカーであるdecoyとそのscrambleを12週投与し、インスリン抵抗性への影響を検討した。腹腔内糖負荷テストでは、未治療群obeseがleanより血糖値は高く、scramble治療では変化せずdecoy治療で改善した。インスリン感受性テストでは、インスリン投与後90分と120分後の血糖低下が、scrambleでは改善なかったが、decoyで改善した。obese未治療群よりdecoy治療で骨格筋Arkリン酸化が亢進していた。
