本研究では, 磁性体を用いて子宮内膜症モデルマウスを作成し, その異所性内膜病変の振る舞いを非侵襲的・リアルタイムに定量解析することが可能なシステムを構築することを目的とする.まず、非機能表面マーカーと発光および蛍光蛋白の三者を同時に発現することが可能なウイルスベクターを開発した。これを内膜細胞に感染させたうえでその表面マーカーを標的にした抗体と磁性体を用いることにより、感染細胞の分取とマウス体内の特定の場所への集積が可能となり、ほぼ単一の構築病変の振る舞いをin vivoイメージングにより観察・解析するシステムの基盤知見・技術が得られた。
