MSI陽性子宮体癌患者の特異的免疫応答を解析するため、既存のMSI関連タンパクの変異部分のペプチドを合成し、血清中の抗体保有を検討したが抗体を検出できなかった。新たな抗原を同定するため、子宮体癌移植SCIDマウスを用いたSEREX法を行い、MYEOVを同定した。MYEOVは子宮体癌の浸潤・転移に関連しており、予後因子となることを明らかとした。また、MSI陽性子宮体癌患者の治療前および治療後の血清を用いて、担癌状態で特異的に認められる抗体の検出を試みたが、条件を満たす抗体を検出できなかった。
