種々の生体適合性ゲル化物質をscaffold(足場材料)として用いるマウス胎仔肺組織移植モデルを確立した。全身が緑の蛍光を発するGFPマウスの胎仔を摘出し、解剖して肺組織を採取する。細切したGFPマウス胎仔肺組織を混じたゲル化物質を、レシピエント左肺の胸膜下肺実質内45 ヶ所に50μlずつ、先端が鈍な注射針(28ゲージ)にて血管内に入らないように注入する。組織学的検討により、GFP蛍光を有する移植片を3日目まで確認することが出来た。
