自然免疫系リンパ球として我々が報告したナチュラルヘルパー(Natural helper: NH)細胞は、IL-33やIL-2+IL-25刺激によってIL-5、IL-13産生だけでなく、好酸球遊走を促すことで知られるeotaxinを産生し、増殖することが明らかになった。脂肪組織のNH細胞はCCR2を発現しているが、IL-33やIL-2+IL-25刺激はこの発現を低下させ、CCR4の発現を促進することでNH細胞を肺へと出現させた。肺に現れたNH細胞はMHC class IIを発現しないことから、Nuocyteをはじめとする他のTh2サイトカイン産生リンパ球とは異なる細胞であると考えられた。 NH細胞を欠損する
