本研究では、様々なITSサービスをサポートするために、条件ベースの通信手法について検討し、1) ビーコン送信周期の動的制御手法と基本的な条件ベースの情報転送手法、2) 緊急車両の優先走行通知のためのRoad-Segment-based Data Dissemination、 3) 緊急車両との遭遇推定を導入したCB-Floodingを提案した。計算機シュミレーションによる性能評価から、提案した手法の有効性を示した。
