ランダム媒質中の確率過程の漸近挙動に関しては、主に多次元ランダム媒質中の拡散過程の再帰性が調べられた。不連続な媒質として 1次元安定過程の和で与えられる多次元ランダム媒質、連続な媒質としては自己相似性を持つガウス型ランダム媒質中の拡散過程に対し再帰性の結果が与えられた。また、より一般の媒質中の拡散過程の長時間漸近挙動調べるために、確率積分に対応するカレントの長時間での大偏差原理を明示的な速度関数を用いて示した。ランダム媒質に関しては主に自己分解可能性を持つ分布の特徴づけに関する研究がなされた。
