本研究により、交流磁場付加緩速凍結法による凍結融解卵巣由来のマウス産仔(F１)を得、またその妊孕性を確認した。ブタに於いては交流磁場付加緩速凍結法により血管茎付き全卵巣の凍結保存を試みたが、融解後移植卵巣は機能しなかった。交流磁場付加によって溶液の潜熱発生温度の変化はなく、氷晶形成開始温度には磁場付加が影響しないことが明らかとなった。
