本研究課題では、アクチュアリーとファイナンスにおける定量的リスク評価のための新たなベイズ的手法の研究を行った。そして、金融機関の事務処理ミスに関するリスク(オペレーショナル・リスク)、年金加入者の長命化のリスク(長寿リスク)、市場価格の変動に伴うリスク(市場リスク)、分析に使用するモデルの定式化の誤りに関するリスク(モデル・リスク)などの評価に対して満足な成果を得た。
