100例の非小細胞肺癌手術検体におけるmRNA、microRNA、メチル化DNAの発現を網羅的に解析し発現プロファイリングを行った。これらの解析を通していくつかの新規標的となり得る分子を同定した。また扁平上皮癌を除く特定の非小細胞肺癌においてFGF9のmRNAの高発現が予後不良因子であることを見いだした。Exon arrayによる融合遺伝子のスクリーニングについては、キナーゼドメインを有する複数の候補遺伝子を抽出することができた。
