CDX2強制発現大腸癌Colo205安定細胞株(M-X2)とMIGR1強制発現コントロール株(MIGR1)を用いて、様々な受容体型チロシンキナーゼ蛋白質のリン酸化状態および細胞接着マーカーの発現解析をした。続いて、CDX2がcaveolin1のmRNA, 蛋白発現を制御しPDGFR, c-Abl, CrkLシグナル伝達系を抑制的に制御することを示した。さらに現在CDX2によるRac1発現の制御のメカニズムを追及している。
