われわれはマウス成獣由来の培養線維芽細胞を非接着性培養皿で培養を行い細胞凝集塊を形成することで、マウス成獣皮膚由来の線維芽細胞を用いて毛包の再生を可能とした。本研究はマウス成獣由来培養線維芽細胞を非接着性培養皿を用いることで、細胞どうしを強制的に凝集させて培養することで、遺伝子操作を行うことなく、線維芽細胞を未分化な状態の幹細胞にし、またどの程度の未分化な状態の幹細胞にまで変化させることができるかどうかを検討した。
