本研究では、基本周波数(F0)の他に東京方言アクセントの音響相関物があるのかどうかを明らかにするため、知覚実験と音響分析を行った。自然に発話した音声からF0と倍音を削除した合成音声を日本語話者に提示したところ、単語同定の正解率はチャンスレベルを超えた。このことはF0以外のアクセントの音響相関物があることを示す。次に知覚実験で用いた合成音声を分析したところ、F0とフォルマント周波数には相関が認められなかった。現在はその他のスペクトル情報を分析している。
