ブタを用いた動物実験系において、胃腫瘍に対する新しい内視鏡切除法として本研究者らが考案した非穿孔式内視鏡的胃壁内反切除術の実行可能性および安全性を検証した。机上実験および生体における急性・慢性実験において本手技が安全に完遂可能であることを確認しえた。実験成果をもとに所属機関の倫理委員会から承認が得られ、胃粘膜下腫瘍に対する本術式を安全に臨床導入することが可能であった。内容を論文化し英文誌に受理された。
