金微粒子の新規な打ち込み方法として、増強局在近接場光生成プラズマ駆動による新規粒子推進を実験実証した。FDTD法を用いた理論計算と実験研究により、推進速度、推進角度、推進された粒子径を調べ、空間拡がりの小さい推進が可能であることを明らかにした。将来展望として、本研究において観察されたレーザー照射による形状変化がない条件をより詳細に調べることで、内包もしくは結合した薬剤分子に影響を与えることなく推進が行えるものと期待される。 We proposed and demonstrated nanosphere propulsion by using femtosecond-laser excited enhanced near-field. Velocity, angle, and diameter of propelled nanospheres were investigated and high spatial controllability of the propulsion was demonstrated based on the FDTD calculation and experiments. Little structural change was observed after the propulsion, indicating the potentiality to the drug propulsion with less damage effect to the embedded molecules.
