炎症性腸疾患(IBD)が再燃するのは、腸炎惹起性メモリー細胞が残存していることが原因であることを報告してきた。本研究は、このメモリー細胞を制御することで、再燃を抑制する治療法の開発につなげることを目的とした。本研究の結果は以下の通りである。1. Th17はLympoid tissue inducer-like cellによって誘導された。2. Classical Th1は、alternative Th1の存在下で腸炎惹起性を獲得した。3. 整腸剤であるClostridium butyricumが、抑制性マクロファージを誘導した。IBDの慢性化には、様々な細胞集団が関与していた。 We reported that the persistence of colitogenic memory cells are responsible for recurrence of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). This study aimed to investigate the regulation of the colitigenic memory cells, leading to the development of new therapy for suppression of IBD recurrence. The results of the study is as below: 1. Th17 cells were induced under the influence of Lymphoid tissue inducer-like cell, 2. Classical Th1 cells obtained colitogenesity in the presence of alternative Th1 cells, 3. Clostridium butyricum, which is used as probiotics, induced anti-inflammatory macrophages. These results suggest the involvement of various cell types in the development of chronic inflammation of IBD.
