本研究では内因性心臓交感神経刺激細胞が神経堤由来であることを、P0-Cre x Floxed-GFPのダブルトランスジェニックマウスを用いて明らかにした。またin vivoでの検討において内因性心臓交感神経刺激細胞への増殖・分化を促進する因子がNGFであることを同定した。さらに移植マウスにおいて収縮力および心拍数増加が内因性心臓交感神経刺激細胞の発達と相関することを確認した。 We identified the Intrinsic Cardiac Adrenergic Cell (ICA cell) are derived from neural crest by analyzing P0-Cre x Floxed-GFP transgenic mice. We found a promoting factor for the proliferation and differentiation into ICA cell as NGF. And we confirmed the contraction and heart rate of transplanted hearts were affected with the development of ICA cell.
