本研究では、プロのシェフの協力を得た調理実験、開発チームによる製作・実験を通し、センサおよび無線通信機能を内蔵する調理器具を利用した調理支援システムのプロトタイプ製作を行った。開発したシステムには複数のフライパンや鍋を用いた同時調理に対応する調理器具、調理中の温度変化をグラフで記録する機能、調理の様子を映像で撮影し記録する機能、操作パネルとユーザー直感的に操作できるインタフェースが含まれる。さらに異なる調理時の温度管理が求められる5品(炒飯、野菜炒め、麻婆豆腐、肉じゃが、ステーキ)を選定し、本システム上で使用可能な温度や手さばきなどの情報を含むレシピの原形を作成した。 This research developed prototypes of a cooking support system with the sensor embedded kitchen utensils throughout several experiments with professional chef; research and development by develop team. The system includes special kitchen utensils covering multiple cooking with different pans and pots, a function recording temperature's transition on cooking by drawing graph, an archiving function of video capturing cooking, interactive interfaces users easily operate the system. In addition, we developed models of recipes including how to manage temperature and how to move and control the utensils for 5 different menus (fried rice, stir-fried vegetables, mapo tofu, nikujaga, steak) requiring each different and difficult temperature controls.
