就職活動とはファーストキャリアの選択, という大事な局面である。にもかかわらず, 企業が求めているものは, コミュニケーション能力であるのか, 勉強であるのか, 大学のレベルであるのか, あるいはその他の条件なのか, 未だ定かではない。そこで自分は, 「就職活動の成功要因」と, そこから導き出される「社会, 企業が求めている大学生像」に焦点を当てていく。まずアンケート調査を行い, そのデータを使用し, 分析を行った。分析の結果, 以下の各要因が就職活動の成功に影響を与えることがわかった。①性別, ②リーダーシップを発揮した経験があるか, ③体育会に参加しているか, ④専門の勉強への取り組み, ⑤授業を受ける教室の大きさ, ⑥就職活動時にアルバイトをしていたか, ⑦就職活動に関する情報収集方法の七つである。
