腎動脈支配交感神経除神経療法が臨床の現場では注目されているが, 同治療のメカニズムについては未知な事も多い。本研究においては高血圧モデルラットを用いて, 腎動脈支配交感神経の中枢が視床下部傍室核の一部にあることを示し, 高血圧群においては同部位における, CCL2などのケモカインの発現が上昇していることを確認した。これらを同部位に注入すると腎動脈レベルで高血圧を惹起する液性因子の発現が上昇することを確認した。中枢から末梢に至るこの経路の変化は同治療のメカニズムを説明する上で重要であると思われる。 Renal denervation therapy attracts attention in the clinical settings, but there are many unknown things about the mechanism of the treatment. I showed that the center of sympathetic nerve which innervates renal artery exists in one part of the hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus using a hypertensive model rat in this study and confirmed that the expression of chemokines such as CCL2 in the site increased in the hypertension group. We also confirmed that the onset of humoral factor to induce hypertension at a renal artery level when we injected these factors into the hypothalamic site. The change from central part to the peripheral seems to be important in explaining a mechanism of the treatment.
