(1) スフェロイド培養下で, がん細胞は線維芽細胞と直接接触により"突起"を発生する。(2) 癌細胞と線維芽細胞のスフェロイド共培養により抗アポトーシス活性が高まる。(3) 癌細胞と線維芽細胞のスフェロイド共培養により細胞傷害性に対する薬剤耐性は高まるが, EGFR阻害剤に対する耐性は影響を受けない。(4) 癌細胞と線維芽細胞の共培養によりAngptl4発現が増強する。(5) スフェロイド共培養がと転移の関連を調べるin vivoモデルを樹立した。 1) As a result of co-culture of cancer cells and fibroblasts, their form was changed in a strange morphology. 2) As a result of co-culture of cancer cells and fibroblasts, cell proliferation activity and anti-apoptotic activity was shown to increase. 3) As a result of co-culture of cancer cells and fibroblasts, anti-cytotoxic drug resistance was increased. But they not effect for resistance to EGFR-TKIs. 4) As a result of co-culture of cancer cells and fibroblasts, the expression of angptl4 in them was enhanced, but the detailed mechanism is necessary to examine. 5) We tried to create the in vivo model to examine the relevance of spheroid co-culture for metastasis.
