前立腺癌-前立腺間質細胞の関係に対する, Wnt/βカテニン経路の関与の検証のため, 前立腺間質細胞に対するアンドロゲン刺激による, Wntリガンドの産生促進の確認を行った。①前立腺間質細胞に対するアンドロゲン刺激による, Wntリガンドの産生促進の確認②Wntリガンドの, 去勢抵抗性前立腺癌細胞に対する増殖促進能の確認 The aim this study is to validate the involvement of Wnt-beta-catenin signaling against the relation between prostate cancer and prostatic stromal tissue. 1) We confirmed the accelerated production of Wnt ligand by androgen stimulation to prostatic stromal tissue. 2) We also confirmed the growth-stimulating activity of Wnt ligand against castration-resistant prostate cancer.
