外傷, 熱傷, 敗血症患者の末梢血単球の表面抗原プロファイルの解析を行った。敗血症8例, 外傷7例, 熱傷6例から検体を得ることができた。各病態ごとに表面抗原プロファイルの経時変化は異なり, そのことを学会等で発表した。また, マウス肝損傷モデルを作成した。末梢血中の病態に関与する各種タンパク質の測定を行い, 受傷後にこれらが末梢血中へ放出されていることを確認した。 The analysis of the surface antigen profiles of the peripheral blood monocytes in trauma, burn and sepsis patients was done.The patients number were 8 in sepsis, 7 in trauma and 6 in burn.The transition of the surface antigen profiles were different in each conditions. In addition, the liver injury model in mice was established. Some proteins associated with liver injuries were measured, and they were elevated in peripheral blood after trauma.
