テンション・マネジメントのための管理会計の設計・運用を探究した結果, 第1にプロセス産業で挑戦的目標原価と部門間協働の交互作用の原価低減の促進, 第2に原価企画能力の高い企業で品質とコストの両立のための多様な活動の実践, 第3に探索志向の業績・報酬リンクへの正, 深化志向のオープンブック・マネジメントと計数管理への正の影響, 第4に高不確実性競争環境下では, 予算統制の低厳格性と包括的業績評価との業績への正の影響を発見した。 The research focuses on design and operation of management accounting for tension management. As the results, first, we found that synergy effects of stretch cost targets and concurrent processes contribute to cost reduction in process industries. Second, we suggested that high quality orientation and low cost orientation co-exists through multiple cost/quality management practices in Japanese manufacturers with target cost management capabilities. Third, we identified that exploration has a positive impact on performance-based reward, and that exploitation has positive impacts on open book management and management through figures. Fourth, we found that the positive impact of interaction between rigidity of budgeting control and comprehensively of performance evaluation on organizational performance under uncertainty of competitive environment.
