平成25年度にCre/loxpシステムによる神経堤由来領域に特異的なLRP1の欠失を試み, 産仔を得ることができた。平成26年度にこのマウスの遺伝子解析を行ったところ, LRP1のホモ欠損マウスは得られておらず, ヘテロ欠損マウスのみが得られていることが判明した。平成27年度にorgan bathを用いて小腸運動の解析を行ったところ, ヘテロ欠損マウスでは野生型と比較して, 消化管運動異常を認めた。これにより, LRP1遺伝子のヘテロ欠損, すなわちLRP1の発現量が減少することで消化管運動に影響を及ぼすことが示唆された。 In this study, conditional deletion of LRP1 gene in neural crest derived region which include enteric nervous system showed intestinal dysmotility. This study suggest relationship between LRP1 and intestinal motility.
