【研究の目的】1989年に我が国で最初の生体肝移植が行わてから20数年を経た現在, 多くの患児が成長発達を遂げ社会生活を送っているが, 小児から成人への移行期支援体制が整っていない。この研究の目的は, 長期生存を遂げた小児肝移植患児に大利, 小児から成人への移行期自己管理体制を構築することである。【研究概要】平成25年度は, 研究計画書を作成し, 平成26年度と平成27年度は, 野外教育活動(スノーキャンプ)を施行し調査を行った。【結果】IKR尺度では有意な結果が得られなかったが, 友達ができたことや自傷行為が少なくなったなどのコメントがあった。野外教育活動が, 安全に実現可能であることが分かった。【Purpose】More than two decades has passed since the first living donor liver transplant (LDLTx) was performed in Japan. However, there are many problems in their adherence, because there is no transition strategy for those children. The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of nature and outdoor activity to improve transplant children's adherence in taking medication. 【Summary】We took patients to a snow camp and measured it's effect. There were no significant changes in those scores for short observation and longer observation is needed. However, this study demonstrated that outdoor activity is a safe, feasible, and acceptable option to incorporate within a pediatric liver transplant program.
