近年, 腸内細菌は様々な病気と関連があるといわれております。私たちは慢性腎臓病が腸内細菌を変化させるのか, またその変化が腸内の環境にどのような影響を与えるのかについて慢性腎臓病モデルを用いて, 研究を行ってきました。そして, 我々は慢性腎臓病では腸内細菌のうち, ラクトバチルスと呼ばれる菌が低下していることを確認しました。そして球形吸着炭およびラクトバチルスを補充することで慢性腎臓病によって引き起こされる腸管環境の悪化を改善させること, 体全体に及ぼす炎症を低下させる作用があること, 腎臓病のひとつの指標である蛋白尿を減少させることを発見し, 国際学会で発表および国際学会誌に報告しました。 Microbiota is said to be related with various diseases recently. Therefore, we performed experiments to clarify if chronic kidney disease could change microbiota using choronic kideny disease rats. And we examined how the changed microbiota could influence on the intestinal environment. We found that Lactobacillus was decreased in CKD. So carbon adsorbent administration or Lactobacillus supplimentation were performed and we reported that they improved the intestinal environment, systemic inflammation and pretein uria in CKD rats. These results were presented in the international conferences and some of them are accepted in international journal.
