サプライチェーンマネジメントにおける持続可能性すなわち環境性, 経済性, リスク耐性を統合した実務者向けの教育ゲームを開発するという目的で研究を行ない, 以下の成果を得た。(1) サプライチェーンにおける環境性とリスク耐性それぞれについて, 貨幣価値に換算して経済性と統合させる手法を開発した。次に, 環境性, 経済性, リスク耐性にそれぞれ重点を置くゲームとそれらをすべて統合するゲームの開発を行った。(2) 開発されたゲームを, 国内大学院学生, 欧米とアジアからの留学生, 企業のサプライチェーンマネジャーに適用してその有効性を確認した。その成果を公表するため, 国際学会での発表および英文ジャーナルへの投稿を行った。 The purpose of the research is to develop an educational game to teach sustainable supply chain management which includes environmental, economic, risk resilient aspects. The following results are obtained. (1) A methodology was developed to convert the environmental and risk resilient values in the supply chain into monetary value and integrate it with the economic value. Next, we developed several games that emphasize each of three aspects and a game to integrate them all. (2) We confirmed its effectiveness by applying the developed games to domestic graduate school students, international students from Europe, the United States, and Asia, and supply chain managers at enterprises. The results were presented at international conferences and submitted in English journals.
