基材表面の防汚コーティングに対する期待が建築, エレクトロニクス, 自動車など多分野において高まっており, 基材の種類や形状に制約が少ない, 汎用性の高い超撥油表面作製技術が求められている。そこで本研究では, 表面張力22mN/m程度の液滴をはじく(接触角150°以上)超撥油性表面をウェットプロセスにより作製し, 耐久性の向上を目指した。そして, 撥油膜(固体)―液体界面の濡れに関して, (1) 固体表面のCassie状態からWenzel状態への転移現象およびその物理的化学的要因 (2) 撥油膜―基板の接着および剥離現象 (3) 油滴の温度, 圧力と表面濡れ性変化という3つの現象を解明した。 Antifouling coating on the substrate surfaces are strongly required for various fields such as constructions, electronics, and automobile industries. Therefore, it is very important to develop versatile fabrication method to form super-hydrophobic or highly oleophobic surfaces. In this study, oleophobic surfaces that repel the droplets with surface tension around 22mN/m. Concerning the wetting phenomenon of solid/liquid interface such as (1) Transition from Cassie state to Wenzel state (2) Adhesion Force between oleophobic films with substrates (3) Relationship between the temperature of oil droplets, pressure, and change of wetting states are studied.
