精神科アウトリーチサービスでは, 対象者の生活の場に出向くため, 対象者の生活における地域や家族との関係性の理解を得るために支援者の姿勢や問診ではない対話が求められる。今回教育プログラムに家族療法の一治療法であるリフレクティング・プロセスを取り入れたプログラムを作成し検証した。対象者の目の前にして, 専門職が見通し等ありのまま伝えることに対しては否定的な意見がある一方で, 最初から専門職と対象者, 対象者を支援するネットワークが協力して回復への道筋をつくることには経験がないだけに効果が期待できるという肯定的な意見も得た。本研究において作成した包括的教育プログラムは実践に活かせる可能性が高いと考えられた。 Outreach services provide care in the patient's living place. It is a way to create a relationship between the patients and the family. This is a collaborative work between the patient and the family, not the outpatient medical treatment. Collaborative work is established by dialogue rather than interview or question. As a result of examination, the educational program proved that the reflexing process born from family therapy is effective. Based on this, we created an educational program and verified it with a different professional affiliation. There was an opinion that some professionals could not accept it. However, many professionals agreed that professional and non-professionals would cooperate and create a path to recovery. We think that this educational program created in this research is highly likely to be utilized in practice.
