マウス胎仔の皮膚再生モデルを用いて, さまざまな発生段階のマウス胎仔に創傷を作成し, その治癒過程とWnt遺伝子発現の関連を観察したところ, Wnt3a, 5, 10とその他のWnt関連タンパクが胎生13日の創傷部では発現が認められなかったが, 胎生15日, 17日と胎生後期になるに従い, 創傷部での発現の増強が観察された。これらのことから, 差瘢痕形成とWntシグナルの相関性が考えられた。 By using mice fetal wound healing model, we made cutaneous wounds at various developmental stages of mice fetuses. Then the relationship between the expression of Wnt signaling and wound healing was observed. It was shown that in embryonic (E)13 wounds, no Wnt signals were over expressed. But when the wounds were made at later developmental stages, Wnt signals including Wnt 3a, 5, 10 and so on were over expressed at the margin of the wounds. From these results, it was supposed that the scarring and over expression of Wnt signals are co-related.
