これまでの「地縁コミュニティ」は, 同一地域において生活を営むことで成り立ってきたものであるが, ICTの活用により, それぞれの個人は異なる地域にて生活していても, 地縁のつながりを維持することができる「多地域型地縁コミュニティ」が成り立つ可能性がある。本研究では, 多地域型地縁コミュニティの概念構築を行った上で, その成立を支援する「多地域型地縁コミュニティにおける共有価値の可視化手法」と, ソーシャル･インパクト･ボンドの知見を活かした「多地域型地縁コミュニティ支援のファイナンスモデル」の研究・開発を推進している。研究1年目の本年度は, 多地域地縁型コミュニティの求心力の向上や協働活動を促進させるきっかけとなる, コミュニティが重視する共有価値の可視化や定量化手法の研究を推進した。具体的には, コミュニティ・アウトカムの可視化に関する知見や実践経験を活かし, 多地域型地縁コミュニティに親和性が高い手法や, ソーシャルキャピタルや情報コモンズの形成手法の調査研究を行った。 Through the use of ICT, there is a possibility that a community can be established that allows each individual to live in different areas, maintaining the connection of the neighbor. In this research, after constructing the concept of a multilateral community, we will conduct research and development on the "shared value visualization method" that supports the establishment and the "finance model" making full use of the knowledge of social impact bonds. We promoted research on visualization and quantification method of shared value that community is placing, which triggers collaborative activities of community. Specifically, we made use of knowledge and practical experience concerning the visualization of community outcomes, and conducted investigative research on methods of forming and visualizing social capital and information commons.
