• Note (General): type:text; 組織内で生じる課題の一つとして, 組織内にある組織内組織へのヒト・モノ・情報の停滞, いわゆる「組織の壁」の存在は以前からも, そして現代においても継続的課題である。マネジメント・コントロールの理論は, 従来の縦割りに分散している組織において, その目的を果たすためのツールとして発展してきた。しかし, 縦割り組織間に存在する組織の壁を壊し, 横通しのよい組織とするためには従来型マネジメント・コントロールの考え方や概念変更も含め, 従来型の理論からの脱却も必要となる。そこで, 本研究では, 組織間に存在する組織の壁を壊すためのマネジメント・コントロールについて検討した。 第1に, 組織内組織の間の情報を促すためのマネジメント・コントロール・システムが, 先行研究でどのように研究されてきたかを管理会計の分野から把握した。階層組織と縦割組織に存在する組織の壁を乗り越え, 組織全体としての能力と成果を上げるために, マネジメント・コントロール・システム自体のどこを変化しなければいけないのかを考察するための基盤となる研究を行った。従来のマネジメント・コントロールの研究の中でこのような視点での研究がどの程度あり, どこまで明示されているかを確認するため, 先行研究の検討とともに, 学会での資料収集を中心として行った。 第2に, 実態として企業においてどのような工夫をしているのかを企業ヒヤリングから検討をおこなった。組織の中に存在する目に見えない壁を越えたコミュニケーションを促進するためのマネジメント・コントロール・システムの可能性を検討するために, 複数の企業に対してヒヤリングを行った。 結論として, たとえば, CSR活動のように, 各部門の活動を集約するような横どおしの活動を促すシステムが, 担当者のコミュニケーションと共に有用であることがわかった。 As one of the problems to occur in an organization, the existence of so-called "wall of the organization" or "silos" are still big problems in from the past and the present age. The theory of the management control has developed as a system to achieve the purpose in the organization with a conventional hierarchy. However, we have to consider to break the wall of the existing inside organization to construct a new concept of the management control. We reviewed the precedent studies from the field of the management accounting and organizational theory at first. It is a base thought for to construct new concept of management control. We also considered as the actual situation in some companies by interviews. I examined the possibility of the management control system to promote the communication beyond the wall in an organization. For example, the system which promoted the wide consecutive activity that gathered the data or information in many departments in the organization with the communication of the person in charge like CSR activity.
