• Note (General): type:text; 本研究の目的は, ヒト上肢到達運動を用いた行動実験と数理モデル解析により, 他者の運動による誤差情報を潜在的に参照することで自身の内部モデルが更新される相互運動学習システムを検証することである。行動実験では, 健常成人9組18名が個人(自分に外乱が与えられる条件)または二者同時(自分または相手に外乱が与えられる2条件)に, ロボットアームを用いて各条件180試行の上肢到達運動課題をおこなった。他者の運動による誤差情報の参照メカニズムを検討するため, 課題遂行中にいずれかの被験者が操作するコンピュータ画面上のカーソルとアームの動きの対応関係に対して, 外乱として回転変換を与えて表示することで, 人為的に誤差を発生させた。このとき, 誤差を与えられた被験者, または, 誤差を与えられなかった被験者の運動に生じた学習効果を試行ごとの運動修正量から評価するとともに, 得られた二名の運動軌跡と誤差の時系列データに対してGranger Causalityモデルによる記述を試みた。 二者同時に運動しながら自分に外乱が与えられた条件では, 個人条件と比較して有意に運動修正量が少なかった(P<0.001)。二者同時運動条件のデータにGranger Causalityモデルを適用したところ, 有意な説明力を示した被験者は6名にとどまったものの, モデルのF値と二者の運動速度の差との間に有意な相関が示された(P=0.002)。さらに, 学習のフェーズごとに他者からの影響の強度が異なる可能性をふまえ, 180試行を60試行ごとに三分割し, 学習前・中・後期におけるGranger causalityモデルの説明力を比較したところ, 被験者に共通した傾向はみられなかった。これらの結果から, 1)他者の運動による誤差に応じて自身の学習量が影響を受けること, 2)他者からの影響の強度は自分と相手の運動速度の類似度と関連があること, 3)相互運動学習における他者からの影響の強度は学習のフェーズにより変化しない可能性, が示された。 In the current study, we aimed at investigating the mechanism in which the visual error information during an arm reaching task resulting from one person's motor action implicitly updated another person's motor adaptation process. Nine pairs of participants performed a planner-reaching task with a robotic manipulandum, seeing their own and the partner's (if exists) cursor at the same time on a computer monitor. Participants performed the task under following 3 conditions (180 trials for each) : the individual control condition in which participants performed the task alone, the 2 co-working conditions in which a pair of participants performed the task together. To measure trial-by-trial interpersonal interaction of visual errors, the cursor of either participant was rotated at random trials. In the co-working condition, the amount of error correction for the perturbed participant was significantly decreased compared with the individual control condition (P < 0.001), implying that adaptation of the perturbed participant was interfered by the unperturbed partner's movement. For further quantification of this interpersonal interaction, we applied Granger causality analysis to a pair of time series of initial movement directions and target errors. Although there were only 6 participants who exhibited a significant Granger causality, we found a significant correlation between the F-value of the model (i.e., a parameter indicating the goodness-of-fit of the model) and the difference in the movement speed within a pair of participants (P = 0.02). There was no tendency that Granger causality was different depending on learning phases. Overall, the current findings suggest that visual errors responsible for own and another person's movements both implicitly update the motor system, and knowledge of the difference on kinematic properties may be related to the strength of such interpersonal interaction.
