• Note (General): 出版タイプ： VoR; type:text; 1.薬学実務実習が実習生の薬学専門科目(C1～C18)の知識定着及び新規構築に与える影響 薬学実務実習が, 科学的根拠に基づく問題解決能力の基盤である薬学専門科目(C1～C18)の習得に対する影響について検討した。 2016年度本学部5年次生149名を対象に実習前・後(I期及びII期後)にC1～C18の「得意度」についてアンケート調査し, 7件法リッカート尺度を用い, 値の変化量に対する影響因子, 病院/薬局実習順序別での解析及び実習施設の人的実習環境に関する質問項目との相関分析を行った。 学生の専門知識の修得は実習期間を通して構築・獲得され, 専門知識を得る難度や自己効力に施設間差は無かった。また学生毎に専門知識修得の過程に影響を及ぼす人的環境因子や強度が異なることも明らかとなり, 学生個々の価値体系を考慮した教育と専門知識修得に至る考え方, 感じ方などについて自己認知させることが, 専門知識の定着や新たな知識の構築に影響を与えている可能性が明らかとなった。(第2回日本薬学教育学会優秀発表賞受賞) 2.実務実習での服薬指導における学生のコミュニケーションスキル向上の自覚とその要因分析 学生の薬学実務実習におけるコミュニケーションに対する不安について, 服薬指導回数と各スキルとの関係性とその定着要因について検討した。 2017年度本学部5年生145名を対象に実習前・後にアンケート調査し, コミュニケーションスキルと服薬指導回数との相関分析を行った。 実習開始前と比べ, I期後に基本及び対人スキルいずれも向上したと学生は自覚していたが, 服薬指導回数の増加と不安軽減との間に相関が認められ, 対人スキル向上の自覚にも相関傾向が認められた。薬局実習群では服薬指導回数の増加が対人スキルの向上を自覚させ, 共感の姿勢を学ぶ機会の増加が不安軽減をもたらすと考えられる。一方, 病院では知識をつけることで不安が軽減される可能性が示された。 1. Effects of Pharmacy Practice Training on Knowledge Entity Retention and New Construction of Trainee Pharmaceutical Specialized Subjects (C1 to C18). The influence on pharmacy specialized subjects (C1 to C18) which is the basis of problem solving skills based on scientific grounds was examined on pharmacy practical training. Acquisition of the student's expertise was constructed and acquired throughout the practical training period, there was no difference between institutions in difficulty and self-efficacy to gain expertise. It is also clear that human environmental factors and intensities influencing the process of acquisition of expert knowledge are different for each student. 2. Awareness and Improvement of Students' Communication Skills in Medication Instruction in Practical Training. About the anxiety about communication in student's practical practice of pharmacology, the relation between the number of medication instruction times and each skill and its establishment factor were examined. In the pharmacy practice group, an increase in the number of medication instruction times aware the improvement of interpersonal skills, and an opportunity to learn the sympathy attitude is thought to bring about anxiety reduction. On the other hand, in hospitals, it was shown that anxiety may be alleviated by adding knowledge.
