サイバーセキュリティ基本法に基づく内閣サイバーセキュリティセンターの活動に注目し, 重要インフラ事業者の間における情報共有に関する調査研究を実施した。研究成果は, 情報通信学会第36回学会大会において発表することができた。なお, 2018年3月には, サイバーセキュリティ基本法の改正案が国会に提出され, 情報共有を目的とする「サイバーセキュリティ協議会」の設置が予定されている。本研究は, このような立法の動向に先駆けて現行法の課題を指摘したものである。また, 事業者の意思決定における人工知能の活用が本格化しつつある状況を踏まえて, 日本法または外国法により人工知能に対して法人格が付与される場合のコーポレート・ガバナンスについて調査研究を実施した。研究成果は, 情報通信学会誌において査読論文として公表することができた。本研究は, 多くの先行研究と異なり, 現行法の解釈論を掘り下げた点に特徴がある。さらに, 日本の金融庁が「顧客本位の業務運営」との関係でいわゆるフィデューシャリー・デューティ(信認義務)を強調してきたことを踏まえて, 米国法において「情報フィデューシャリー」のコンセプトに基づく消費者保護を提唱する学説を参照して, 日米の比較法研究を実施した。その研究成果は, 米国コーネル大学で開催された国際会議において発表することができた。 I focused on the activities of the NISC (National center of Incident readiness and Strategy for Cybersecurity) based on the Basic Act on Cybersecurity and conducted research on information sharing among important infrastructure operators. The result of the research was presented at the meeting of the JSICR. In March 2018, a draft amendment to the Basic Act on Cybersecurity was submitted to the Diet, and the establishment of the "Cyber Security Council" aimed at sharing information has been planned. With the rise of Artificial Intelligence in business decision making, I conducted research on corporate governance of a legal entity operated by Artificial Intelligence. The result of the research was published as a paper in the journal of the JSICR. Based on the fact that Japan's Financial Services Agency has emphasized fiduciary duty in relation to "Customer-Oriented Business Operation", I conducted research on the concept of "Information Fiduciary" suggested by some scholars in the United States. The result of the research was presented at an international conference held at Cornell University.
