• Note (General): type:text; 【目的】子育ての中の孤立化などの問題の解決をめざして地域のボランテイア等が, 子育て広場(親子の交流の場)を設立してきた。本研究ではこの市民主体で子育て広場を5年以上継続し運営している団体についてその運営・活動状況を明らかにし, その中から活動が継続している要因を明らかにしたい。 【方法】子育て支援部署に5年以上継続している子育て広場を実施している団体の紹介を依頼し, その紹介された団体に研究協力を依頼し, 団体の運営の中心的な人物へのインタビュー調査を行った。調査内容は運営・活動状況等と継続要因である。 【倫理的配慮】協力の意向のある団体へ研究依頼を送付し, 研究への同意を書面で確認をした。研究にあたり慶應義塾大学看護医療学部研究倫理委員会の承認を得た。 【結果】今年度は, B市(約19万, 出生数約1300)5団体, C市(人口48万, 出生数約4400)2団体, D市(人口9万, 出生数約800)2団体にインタビューを行った。B市では, 主任児童員と民生委員が中心に運営し月1回の実施が5か所, 利用者から役員を決め月2回実施している場合もあった。市から委託料も出ており, 地区社共から補助を受けている場合もあった。C市ではボランテイア(50代・60代)が月に3回または1回行い, 運営費は市から補助を得ていた。D市では子育て中の母親が月1回実施しており, 運営は会費(100円程度)を集めて行い, 世話役は1年間で交代していた。内容は自由遊び, クリスマス会などであり, 母親のグループの1つは毎回食事を作り会食していた。10年以上実施しているところが6か所あった。B・C市のボランテイアは母同士がつながることと, 地区の子どもの成長に喜びを感じていた。D市では母親の孤立感からグループに参加して母親同士の仲間ができ, 他の住民とのつながりもできたと言っていた。 【考察】運営スタッフや運営資金が得られていること, 活動内容がシンプルなこと, 実施者が活動に意義と成果を感じていることが継続要因と考えられた。 〈Purpose〉 We conducted an interview survey to clarify the factors that the group is continuing to provide the parent-child interaction place, that has been conducted by volunteers for five years or more. 〈Method〉 We asked the department in charge of city hall to introduce the group. Then we conducted an interview survey on leaders of the group. The contents of the interview are the management method, and activities of the group, and what the leaders think about continuing factors. 〈Result〉 In 2017 we interviewed nine groups in three cities. Seven of them were operated by senior generation volunteers, and the two groups were operated by mothers. Among these groups, there were seven cases in which the operating costs were supported from each administration. There were two groups that had collected dues as membership fee costed about 100 yen per time. As a result, mothers who came to the place could have relationship with others. Through the place, senior generation volunteers and mothers and children could get the chance to know each other. 〈Conclusion〉 It was considered that the continuing factors were that the management staff and management funds were obtained, the contents of the activities were simple, and the people involved felt the significance and achievement in the activities.
