本研究の目的は、成果主義賃金制度やそれに伴って生じる賃金格差が労働者の満足度に与える影響を定量的に把握することにある。賃金制度が労働者の満足度に与える影響を従来よりも正確に把握するために、コンジョイント分析およびアンカリング・ヴィネット分析の手法を用いることのできるデータを構築した。コンジョイント分析の結果、年収の高い人や、成果主義を適用されている人の方が、賃金格差がやや大きい職場を好む傾向があることがわかった。 The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the effects of the performance-based wage system and resulting wage gaps on workers' satisfaction. In order to analyze the impact of the wage system on workers' satisfaction more accurately than the existing literature, we collected data on individuals to which the methods of conjoint analysis and anchoring vignette analysis can be applied. The conjoint analysis using this data shows that those who have high annual income and those who are applied performance-based wage system tend to prefer a workplace where the wage gap is rather large.
