全身性自己免疫疾患は、自己の組織成分に対する免疫応答を端緒に多臓器の炎症、機能障害が生じる疾患群である。本研究では制御性T細胞亜分画に焦点を絞り、末梢トレランスの評価法確立することを目的とした。全身性自己目免疫疾患の末梢血制御性T細胞を詳細に解析し亜分画の異常を明らかにした。一方で個人差がかなり多いことも判明し、今後の課題と考えられた。今後さらに末梢トレランスを規定する新規分子の探索とそれによるヒト自己免疫疾患末梢血における評価を継続していく予定である。 Systemic autoimmune disease is considered to be caused by break of immune tolerance. In this study, we analyzed proportion of regulatory T cell sub population by flow cytometry analysis. We identified some abnormalities of proportion of regulatory T cell sub population in RA and other autoimmune diseases. This insight will help elucidation of peripheral tolerance mechanism.
