MRI検査の2D-PC法で血流計測を行うことができるが、今回は3次元的な情報をもつ4D Flow法を利用した。4D Flow法はこれまで撮像に 15-20分程要していたが、高速撮像法により5分間で撮像できた。肺動脈内の渦流が続く時間を計り肺動脈の血圧を類推することができたが、乱流や逆流が多いと不正確になった。渦流は肺動脈血流の計測を不正確にする原因となるので、渦流を確認することが必要と考えられた。 The 2D-PC is one of MRI techniques, which enables to measure the flow volume and velocity. In this study, we utilized 4D Flow which acquires flow information as a volume data in five minutes. The mean pulmonary arterial pressure was able to be estimated by measuring the duration of the vertices in the main pulmonary artery, exception of subjects with huge turbulence and/or marked regurgitation. The turbulence might be a cause of inaccuracy of the flow measurement. The observation of the flow pattern is indispensable to minimize the effect from the turbulence.
