本研究は看護師・助産師のWork Engagement (以下WE ) の実態を明らかにすることを目的に実施された。結果、相談できる人の存在と活力、熱意、没頭、総合得点に有意な関係が認められた。職種は、すべての項目で有意な関係が認められ、管理職の平均値が有意に高かった。GSES標準化得点はWEの熱意、没頭、活力、総合得点と正の相関が認められ、WEが高い職員は自己効力感が高いことが明らかになった。看護職自律性測定尺度の各下位尺度は、WEのすべての項目で正の相関が認められた。また相関が最も強かった下位尺度は「実践能力」であった。WEの向上によって看護実践能力が向上する可能性が示唆された。 This study was conducted with the purpose of clarifying the actual conditions of nurses and midwives' Work Engagement (WE) . As a result, there was a significant relationship between the existence of people who can consult and vitality, enthusiasm, immersion and WE's overall score. The type of job showed a significant relationship in all items, and the average value of managers was significantly higher. The GSES standardized scores were positively correlated with WE's enthusiasm, immersion, vitality and overall scores, and it became clear that staff with high WE had a high sense of self-efficacy. Each subscale of the nursing autonomy scale was positively correlated with all items of WE. Also, the subscale with the highest correlation was "practice ability". The possibility that nursing practice ability improved was suggested by improvement of WE.
