本研究では、細胞成分を洗い流し、細胞成分以外のタンパク質を主体とする臓器の骨格のみを残す「脱細胞化」という手技を外科的手技と組み合わせ、生体内での「脱細胞化」が可能であるか検討を行った。その結果、豚において特殊な手術手技と組み合わせることで生体内において「脱細胞化」を肝臓の一部分に実施することが可能であった。これにより再生力の高い足場環境を体内に作成することが可能となる。以上のことは肝臓再生の研究や、より複雑な手術系モデルの確立など、本研究以上の知見を得ることができると考える。 In this study, we tried "decellularization", which is a technique for removal of cellular component from an organ, in the alive porcine body. As a result, to combine with special surgical technique, we achieved the partial liver decellularization in the alive porcine body. This result could reconstitute three-dimensional bio-scaffold, which is suitable for regeneration of the liver, in the body. Above all, our result facilitates to induce regeneration of the liver.
