清掃車を用いた都市情報収集基盤技術を構築するために、(1) 車載ネットワークにおける通信機会を分析するモデル、(2) 清掃車にセンサーを搭載する車載センシング実験システム、及び (3) 実験システムから得られたデータを利活用し、お見守り、ゴミ排出量検知といったアプリケーションの開発を行った。これらの技術により、超スマート社会を実現するための次世代都市情報収集の構築技術を確立した。 To implement the vehicular urban sensing technology, we have investigated: (1) Network modeling for the transmission opportunity of mobile network, (2) experiment system using sensors installed on garbage trucks, and (3) applications, like Omimamori service and sensing of garbage disposal, based on the data collected from the experiment system. It is expected that the developed technologies will be applied to fulfill the version of a super smart society.
