難聴者によって音は聞こえるものの言葉が聞き取りにくい自覚が日常生活でよく見られる。この原因として、言葉の音声的変化つまり音声の時間的変化を聞き取りにくくなることが予想されている。そこで今回時間分解能を、脳幹レベルで脳波上測定することが出来るのか、他覚的検査としての時間分解能の劣化の評価が可能となるのか、に焦点を絞り研究を行った。その結果時間分解能を複合音ABR (cABR) の測定法にて評価することが可能となる結果を得られた。この測定法により臨床における時間分解能の他覚的検査法を確立することができた。 Deaf people can hear the sound. However, words are hard to hear. This is because it becomes difficult to hear the temporal change of the voice. This time, we investigated whether the temporal resolution could be measured by ABR. As a result, it became possible to evaluate the temporal resolution by the method of measuring complex sound ABR (cABR). This measurement method was able to establish an objective test method for clinical temporal resolution.
