PICU入院児ときょうだいの面会場面において，医療者がきょうだいと両親にどの様に関わり，その結果きょうだいにどの様な影響が生じているのかを明らかにすることを目的に，PICUできょうだいと関わる医療者へのインタビューと面会場面の観察を行った。 15名の医療者 (看護師9名，Child Life Specialist 5名，PICU専従保育士 1名) へのインタビューと，2事例6場面の面会場面の観察から収集したデータを分析したうえで，以前に収集した6事例9場面の観察データも再分析して統合した。その結果，【きょうだいの居場所をつくる】という概念を中心とした，14の概念からなる現象が明らかとなった。 Purpose: To identify the processes by whitch medical staffs can support siblings and parents visiting children hospitalized in the pediatric intensive care unit(PICU), and what kind of change occurred in the sibling's experience through the visits. Method: We performed semi-structured interview with 15 medical staffs (9 nurses and 5 child life specialists) and one childcare worker, and observed sibling's visitation 15 times. The interview and observation data were analyzed using a graounded theory approach. Results: We extracted a phenomenon consisting of 14 concepts centered on the concept of [creating a place for the siblings].
